Bandana design for Amethyst Coffee Co. in Denver, CO. Amethyst wanted the design to be inspired by the mood and essence of the shop itself. The focal point, the hand holding the bouquet, represents the empowering feminist backbone of Amethyst. The flowers in the bouquet are inspired directly by the whimsical and colorful bouquets that are a constant presence in the shop. Within the bouquet is a portafilter, which is a key component of any coffee shop. The border of the bandana is cornered by Amethyst's diamond logo, and the shapes along the sides are inspired by the geometrical hanging lights throughout the shop.
